Terms of Service

1. Nature of services

Medical services are provided directly by licensed hospitals and paid by you to the hospital at government-published prices. MedCN provides coordination, interpretation and logistics services only, and does not provide medical care.

2. Assessment fee and refund policy

The assessment fee ($300 standard; $150 dental) is charged upon submission. If our assessment concludes that treatment in China is not appropriate for your case, the fee is refunded in full within 5 business days.

If you choose not to proceed after receiving a positive assessment, the fee is non-refundable. This reflects the clinical work performed on your behalf.

3. Medical outcomes

MedCN coordinates access to medical services but bears no responsibility for clinical outcomes, complications, or the quality of medical care provided by third-party hospitals and medical professionals. Medical services are regulated by and subject to Chinese law.

4. Pricing

All price estimates provided are derived from published hospital rate cards and are subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed directly between the patient and the treating hospital. MedCN's service fee is charged separately and transparently.

5. Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction will be specified in your written service agreement before any commitment.
