MedCNis a medical coordination company. Our job is to make China’s best clinical care accessible to English-speaking patients — with complete honesty about what that means in practice.
The gap we're closing is not a quality gap — China's top hospitals operate at the highest international standards. The gap is access: language, navigation, documentation, and the information asymmetry that makes foreign patients feel like they're walking into the unknown.
We have medical professionals with direct experience in China's healthcare system, logistics coordinators who have escorted patients through every step of these processes, and a network of relationships with hospitals built over years of actual engagement — not a database we purchased.
Our business model is simple: you pay us a transparent service fee. We find you the right hospital and team, coordinate every step, and stay in contact until you're home and well. We do not profit from which hospital you choose. That means our incentives are entirely aligned with your outcome.

- We do not provide medical care
- We do not take referral fees or commissions from hospitals — ever
- We do not accept cases we don't believe are suitable for treatment in China
- We do not hide fees — our service charge is a separate, visible line item in every estimate
