• Communication records (email, WhatsApp messages)
• Payment transaction data (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

3. How we use your information

• To conduct the medical assessment you requested
• To communicate your case to partner hospitals and specialists — only with your explicit consent
• To coordinate travel and logistics on your behalf
• To comply with applicable law

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Medical record handling

Medical records are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are shared only with clinicians directly involved in your assessment. You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing us at info@medcn.org.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at info@medcn.org to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
